Hello, well your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your age, what was your complain for which you have undergone a transvaginal scan, your menustral cycle.Endometrium is the inner most layer of the uterus.Mass inside the endometrium or uterus can to due to many causes like could be a polyp, or a fibroid or gestational sac etc, it can be confirmed only from the findings of the ultrasound. Hope i was helpful to you.
