Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
Your son, it seems, is suffering from infective diarrhea
Give ORS drink each time he passes motion 50-100 ml to prevent dehydration.
Give plenty of fluids orally like coconut water, week tea, rice kanjee, barley etc.,
Give sporolac one sachet daily with water
Give Walamycin syrup 5ml twice daily
usually he improves within 48-72 hours
Otherwise, better consult a pediatrician
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
