Sonography Shows Cortical Cyst, Thick Urinary Bladder, Mild To Moderately Enlarged Prostrate. Treatment?

My father is 67 years old. His sonography report indicates cortical cyst of 44 X 21 mm upper pole and 19 mm lower pole. Urinary bladder wall thickness 3.5 mm. Prostate is mild to moderately enlarged with normal shape and line. approx weight 37 grams. All other parameters are normal. Please advice treatment. Vinay 39 years

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
These cysts require only follow up yearly by scans.
Enlarged prostate needs to be assessed by uroflowmetry test to check the urine flow.
Bladder infection - possibly and hence needs urine analysis, culture tests and appropriate antibiotics.
