Sore Breasts, Back Pain, Sickness, Cramps In Pelvic Area But Negative HPT. What Is The Cause Of The Symptoms?

Hello, I am 14 days late. Which is odd. I don't have regular cycles but never like this. My breast are sore and tender some days. Same as the lower back pain and feeing sick. The only thing that is everyday are the cramps. Aright in the middle of the pelvic area. I am getting neg. hpt. Wondering what else could be the cause of the symptoms. We are trying. Home test after Home test say no. Could it just be to early to show up or could there be other issues.

hello,

You would undergo one blood test for beta-hCG which will be best to rule out pregnancy.

Other reasons are ovarian cyst or PCOS, hormonal imbalance, excessive stress, over weight etc. On negative test, you must consult with gynecologist and do relevant investigation like USG scan and hormone test to pinpoint the diagnosis.

You may need hormonal medication to induce period. Do regular exercise to control body wt and avoid stress. Good luck.
