Sore Hip, Tender Arm, Difficulty In Moving Arm And Unable To Bare Weight After A Fall. What Could Be Wrong?

I slipped and fell on ice walking into the DAL airport yesterday evening. When I landed, I was on my left arm and thigh. Today, my left hip is sore but my arm (the upper bicep area) is tender to the touch and has a lump. I can move my arm just fine for the most part expect for when I straighten my arm. When I straighten my arm or flex my bicep, it's painful! And I can not bare any weight on it nor carry anything with it. What could be wrong?

Take nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
