Sore Left Foot, Pain With Movement After Sitting. All Tests And Blood Work Normal. Elevated Cholesterol. Guide
My left foot is very sore. If I sit for any time it really hurts to stand and walk. After a while it become tolerable. I find myself standing all the time to avoid the rest then pain syndrom. I am very active and have recently had a check up. All systems and blood work were good. Cholesterol was a little high. I am working on that. I am 51 and have been very physical all of my life.

It seems that you might be having some degenerative changes on your lumbar spines and other joints.
Go for x-ray of lower spines.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Go for light exercises like walking, swimming daily and regularly.
