Sore Neck After Head Injury. Do I Need Medical Attention ?

i have fainted and hit my head now i have a sore neck and when i close my eyes i feel like i would be fainting please help....URGENT im 49years. generally healthy. no major medical incidents.

Please monitor your blood pressure, check up your eyes, there may be many causes for fainting. you said no medical incidents, but had check up throughly
