Sore, Painful Lumps On And Inside The Anus. Bleeding Clear Blood, Itchy, Unable To Pass Stools Completely. Advice

This started a few months ago, i thought it may have been just a small cut in the area from wiping to hard but it has got worse and over, well, 4 months if not longer, i now a, bleeding a lot, the blood is clear, i gave myself an examination in the bath and i could feel lots of lumps, notebly a coupld of bigger ones, however now it feels like it is also inside the tract a little and going to the toilet is horrible and often i find i don't fully go as the pain and awqwardness seems to tell my body to stop. It is also fairly itchy, not all the time, maybe 2 to 3 times in a 24 hour period, can be random. Noticing a lot more blood on the tissue now though, some days it ain't so bad, but these last few days it is constantly sore and painful when sitting.
