Sore, Painful, Red, Hard, Swollen Cyst In Scrotum With Little Oozing. History Of Having Cysts Before. Opinion?
I have had a couple of cyst before but a few days ago I got one in the scrotum area . It is very sore,painful,red,hard and swollen. The head has rubbed off and it is barely oozing. What should I do....let it drain,go to dr? Will there be more pop up there before it heals?

Multiple sebaceous cysts are very common in scrotal region and reason is unhygienic conditions.
These cysts as you mentioned got infection.
Only way is to take a course of antibiotics 5-7 days before excision by a surgeon.
Don't fear excision is a minor surgery 10-15 minutes.
