General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have developed uvulitis, due to cold , so it is causing dry cough . There might be light infection in the lungs, causing rattling sounds. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, sweets, and cool water and drinks.
Thank you.
