Sore Throat, Itchy Neck, Cough. What Does It Indicates ?

I have a bump/lump just under my chin, on my throat. My neck is starting to itch. I have a sore throat and cough, and a nose congestion . Is this anything serious. I am only 16, and i have never smoked, drank, or do drugs a day in my life.

you may be probably sufferining from infection. Theres nothing to panic ,juz Get youself examined. Might need some medication.
