Hello. For about 3 1/2 weeks now, I've experienced a consistent sore throat, watery eyes, headache, achy teeth, and 2 days ago a fever blister popped up on my lip and yesterday my temperature was 100.8 and i felt very fatigue all day. Today my temp was 100.3 and still experiencing all of the above mentioned symptoms. Could this be allergies? Sinuses? I supposed I'm more worried about the fever. When should I seek medical attention, and should that be to the E.R, or my family doctor? Thanks so much!
Sore throat can be due to viral infection, blisters in the mouth can be due to bacterial and viral infection. A thorough clinical examination is required for exact diagnosis and treatment plan. Take an x-ray of the infected tooth if necessary. Start with the course of antibiotics and analgesics take tab paracetomol for fever. Take lukewarm saline rinses and antispetic mouthwash gargles. Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Hope this helps out.
Regards...
