Soreness Due To Rubbing Tongue On Lower Teeth, Clenching Jaw, Sleeplessness. On Celexa And Ativan For Anxiety. Need To Take Stronger Medicines?

I have anxiety and I take celexa daily and ativan as needed. I recently noticed I've been rubbing my tongue on my lower teeth and it's making it sore. I'm constantly clenching my jaw and it's always tense. I also don't sleep hardly at all. Do I need to change my medications to something stronger? I feel as though I just can't ever relax.
