Sound From Stomach, Dark Color Bowel Movement. Tried Changing Diet. Underlying Cause?
Hi ,
I am student , I have stomach problem , My stomach is making some sounds which is very embarrassing in the class.It happens so frequently , i thought digestion problem and it happens when entire class is calm . my motion is also coming black in color.i tried changing my diets , like i stopped drinking milk and eating microwave oven food .
Can you suggest me , why do that happen?

the body proteins start suddenly reactin with one or more of food proteinslikee milk and diary or wheat
get allergy doctor advise to have blood serum tests for specific antibodies for milk wheat potato or other foods
withdraw accordingly and you will be benefitted after withdrawl of those proteins
