Sperm Colour
some times my sperm colour is pale yellow and no thickness ... so it has some problem or normal .... i am using himaliya spamen tablets.... it is effective to increase sperm count... i am little worried about sperm colour....

Normally sperm is yellowish white. You can get your sperm tested for quality. Avoid herbal supplements as much as you can. Nobody knows how it works.
