Sperm Analysis Showed Zero Sperm Count. Blood Test Advised. Suggestions?

I have been trying to have a babe with my wife on Saturday I MADE A TEST RESULT FOR ME AND MY WIFE MY TEST CAME ZERO SOERM COUNT I did the same test again yesterday and also same result my doctor told me that he cannot determine the reason until he does a blood hormone test and I am still waiting for result. the result will take 1 week I am so frustrated could you please help me????????????

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Azoospermia meaning there by absence of sperms in semen.
This could be due to
1) Your Testicles are not producing sperms at all or
2) There is a blockage in the passage of sperms fro testicles to urethra.
This has to be investigated thoroughly by doing Testicular Biopsy first. If it indicates presence of spermatogenesis then you will have to undergo some radio logical test (Vasogram) to rule out blockage in Vas Difference.
Consult qualified Urologist for further evaluation.
