Hi,
This seems to be a sample of semen. The analysis result were as above.
As I read them I could find that the results are within normal limits.
It would always be good if you can reason out why the semen analysis is been done. This has a lot to say than the simple report.
I think you should go and see the doctor first who ordered this test.
