Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis is as follows:
1. Semen volume is 1 ml/ejaculate. Normal semen volume should be 2 ml/ejaculate.
2. Sperm count is 21 million/ ml. This is within normal range.
3. Sperm motility is only 21%. In normal semen sample, the progressive forward motility should be atleast 50%.
4. Sperm morphology should be normal in atleast 50% of the sperms. In your case only 15% have normal morphology.
5. There is presence of 4-6 white blood cells/hpf. This suggests infection in the semen. Not even a single white blood cell should be present in the semen.

There is evidence of infection in the seminal fluid so a course of antibiotics should be taken.
The semen analysis should be repeated after treating infection.

Thanks and take care
