Spermatocele, Causing Pain, Don't Want Surgery. Looking For Natural Or Herbal Remedies

I ve been diagnosed with a spermatocele and although it s very small, it s causing me an immense amount of pain. From all my research, this seems wrong, especially for such a small cyst . Is there something similar to a cyst that would fool a Urologist (he did both a physical check and an ultrasound)? Also, are there any natural/ herbal remedies for this? I DO NOT want surgery, but this pain is pretty unbearable.

There are none that will cause the spermatocele to disappear.
It may be painful because it is infected, so I would try one week of ciprofloxacin antibiotic. This may help. If not, then I agree that surgery is next step.
