What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hello , i have spermatocele cyston epididymal. i consult with a an urologist and he gave me ciprofloxacin. But the cyst not dissapers. i am feeling some burning in my penis while peeing. is there any connection between spermatocele and urinal infection?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As spermatocele is diagnosed by an UROLOGIST already,i'll advise on treatment for epididymal spermatocele. spermatocele is not a cause for UTI.(urinary tract infection). after having stopped Ciprofloxacin, you'll need to have a urine routine and culture test.your blood sugar also needs to be tested.
