Spinal Fusion Done. Taking Diotroxin, Aspavor, Ecotrin, Femigel And Cymbal. Weight Gain Suggestion?

Hi Doc. I have just recently had thyroid tests done whilst in hospital having a spinal fusion. The Specialist said the results were normal and that I should continue taking 2 diotroxin a day. I also take aspavor, ecotrin, femigel and cymbal (prescribed by psychiatrist). I am battling with weight gain and depression still. The weight gain is making me more depressed! I am a 47 year female who follows a diet approved for me by a dietician! I really need help!!

Hi, probably you are maintaining bed rest due to surgery, and the gain in weight may not be due to the thyroid problem, it may be due to over rest, and you are maintaing diet restriction, so do some minimal work, and reduce the sleeping time . Thank you.
