Spitting Blood After Hitting Side Of Belly Button In An Accident. Which Organ Is Close To It?

My son got into a bicycle wreck yesterday and on the left side above and to the side of his belly button the handle bar went into him and left a round indentation . What is the organ that is close to it? He has been spittong up blood today, can you advice me what this might be?

If blood is oozing slowly it is not from the deep structure . It will be from superficial blood vessels. Deep organ damage is serious and would have lead to complications by now. Dont worry about it
