Spitting Blood During Exercise, Less Sleep, Fever, High BP. Treatment?

Blood spitting occurs most of the time if I do exercise, less of sleep at night time. before I am playing basketball and didn't have this problem but after running every other day from 3Km-5Km, also changing my meals (sometimes my meals is late by 3 hrs than schedule) to light I got sick. I did the heavy exercise because my sugar goes above normal which may cause of frequent taking in of sofdrinks. Then I got sick. I have fever, my blood pressure goes up and blood started to go with my saliva. Until now if have this exercise I have it. Please help me

In my opinion the blood in spitting may be due to as,
1 Thrombocytopenia i.e. decrease amount of platelets in blood is the most important and prominent cause of blood . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination and platelets counting. If platelets count is low then consult a physician and get his opinion.
2 Next reason may be high blood pressure . As high blood pressure develops high pressure on the arteries and in that condition arterioles breakdown hence there is blood in saliva .
As in few cases due to this blood starts from nose , same thing happens when blood in saliva. Diagnosis can be confirmed by a physician just after exercise and during rest.
3 There may be disorder of bleeding or clotting time ,so get in bleeding and clotting time . Blood clotting factors are very important in this type of condition.
In my opinion get in BLOOD PRESSURE examination and consult a physician.
