Hi,
Thanks for query,
This degenerative changes taking place in your spinal vertebrae.
Now you should try to prevent further progressive changes.
Have correct posture while sitting,Do not bend your back much,
Use hard bed.
Do Back extension exercise daily.
Take calcium,Vit A,D and multivitamin supplements.
Take more milk.
