Spots On Shoulder, Neck, Breast During Pregnancy. What Could This Be?

So far I have noticed 5 spots 3 on my shoulder one on my neck and one one my breast, they have just recently appeared and they are just a little but darker then the rest of my skin. They actually looks like old cigarette burn marks. All round like a perfect circle and the shape of like a pencil eraser. What could this be? Also Im 33 weeks pregnant I don't know if that could cause anything like this.

I would like to know if you have taken any medication,
As these can be fixed drug eruption.

Another possibility is spider angioma,
which is a normal condition of pregnancy.

A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
