Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests detect the level of HCG hormone which is released during pregnancy. Its levels increase as the pregnancy progresses.

It is usually detectable by urine pregnancy tests by day 11 to 14 after conception.

If you did the tests within this time frame then it is likely to be accurate.

There are other causes for the symptoms that you are experiencing ,if the symptoms continue or worsen you may want to be evaluated by your doctor.

I hope this helps
