Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You have irregularly irregular periods, means can't be predicted. It usually happen due to the anemia, or infection, or harmonal imbalance like poly cystic ovarian syndrome. In such case it is difficult to caliculate the ovulation time. So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. There will special vaginal thermometers to see the temperature . On ovulation day there will a 1degree rise in vaginal temperature. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have a good health . Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
