Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of tubo-uterine spasm and this can happen with a retained clot, polyps, tubal pregnancy, chemical abortion or urethral spasm. In view of the severity of the symptoms, you should see an expert for a proper evaluation. You may also need a trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts, urinalysis and also exclude pregnancy; please make sure you had a normal flow during the period that had just finished. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
