What Causes Severe Cramps During Periods?

hi ive had three surgery in the last ten years the last one almost tWO YEARS AGO A PARTIAL HYSTRROTOMY DUE TO TUMORS IN THE UTERUS BUT LAST 24 HOURS IVE BEEN EXPEIRENCING SEVERE PAIN I PRETTY SURE IM ON MY PERIODWHICH I CAN SOMETIMES TELL DUE TO THE SYMPTOMS THAT ARE RELATIVE TO IT THE ONLY SYMTOMS I HAVENT EXPREINCED UNTIL NOW IS SEVERE CRAMPING CAN U GIVE ME ANY INFO REGARDING SEVERE CRAMPS AFTER HYSTEROMY

Have you had a partial Hysterectomy?

In that case you would not get your periods.

So just take some over the counter anti spasmodic and see if the pain subsides
