Spotting, Pink Discharge, Cramping And Sore Nipples. Have History Of PCOS. Could This Be A Pregnancy?

I had my period last month on the 24th I have PCOS and I had sex on two of my fertile days & the day I was suppose to ovulate and other days after we stop having sex on the 20th of this month Nov. But 2 in a half days ago I was spotting and slight cramps. But not bad cramps like my period. Today will make it three days of this going on. But today it changed to pink/ orange but not red. And my nipples are sore. I never discharge before my period and my nipples are never sore . my cramps are never this easy to handle either . I will cramp bad one day and the same or next day start. I took a test today showed negative. I know its early to take one cuz today is the day I'm suppose to start. But what can this mean?

Hello,

You should repeat the pregnancy test after missed period and confirm with blood test for beta-hcg after one week. Pelvic infection, old endometrial tissue, stress are the least possible cause.

Following test reports, you must consult with your doctor for next management. Maintain genital hygiene properly.
