Sprained Ankle. Having Chills, Heat Flashes In The Area. What Kind Of Home Care Would You Recommend?

Hello! I sprained my right ankle a few hours ago and it is still tender/hurting. I seemed to have chills right after i sprained it, while I iced it and then now i feel overheated. Generally I'm a warmblooded person. I have had shots in both of my feet in the last 12 months for foot pain and in generally I've been having trouble with my feet for at least a year now.
I'm hesitant to go to an ER or any other emergent medical attention because of the cost. I do have insurance and am contemplating trying to see a family practice doctor in the morning. My podiatrist is only int he office near me on Thursday. What kind of home care or plan of care would you recommend?

Hello, continue with ice therapy, take some analgesic, keep your feet elevated on a pillow and don't bear weight on affected limb. Thank you
