Stabbing Feeling Behind Left Nipple. Do Not Smoke Or Drink. Cause?
I'm a 20yr old male- Don't drink or smoke: I think it's just stress, anxiety, and worrying about stuff combined, but
for the past week I have been feeling some sort of stabby-poke feeling pain directly behind my left nipple
and toward where the chest muscle is close to the clavicle.
Do you know what this could be from?

It seems that you are having costo-chondritis giving rise to this problem.
Stress and anxiety aggravates your condition.
Take some pain reliever tablet like Diclo-para combination medicine.
Apply some local analgesic cream on the part.
