hello sir i m 22 years old my weight is about 50 kg, and my height is about 5'9" , so my question is that, i have started taking endura mass recently, so if i m having it with 2 bananas, and also having sufficient meals, if m taking endura mass , i have 2 go gym or it's noy necessary , m thinking, first i shoud put some weight then go to gym, what do u think sir, what should i do 4 gain weight, i should start gym now or later
