Started Taking Endura Mass, Going To Gym. How To Gain Weight First ?

hello sir i m 22 years old my weight is about 50 kg, and my height is about 5'9" , so my question is that, i have started taking endura mass recently, so if i m having it with 2 bananas, and also having sufficient meals, if m taking endura mass , i have 2 go gym or it's noy necessary , m thinking, first i shoud put some weight then go to gym, what do u think sir, what should i do 4 gain weight, i should start gym now or later

Hi,

The best weight to gain anytime is muscle weight and to lose fat. This will make you look lean and fit. You can also be heavy and still look very slim. This is why I recommend that you start gym as soon as possible. This way, you will lose fat while you are wokring out and then build muscle.

The best thing to do is to do an agressive cardio program. This would be something like treadmill and cycling so that your heart rate is always above 150 beats per minute for maybe an hour or at least half an hour. This will burn away the extra fat you have. Then, you should continue the same day with a weights program. This would be something like lifting for 2 groups of muscles like biceps and chest.

This type of workout will not make you very huge but will give you the foundation so that you are slim and fit enough to life heavier weights. Eventually you will be able to do wonders with your body building. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
