Sticky Fluid In Urine That Also Arises With Slight Sexual Stimulation. Normal?

hi sir/mam im about to 22 and i feel problem in urination , some colorless sticky fluid comes before and after urination , this fluid (sticky,colorless and watery) also comes on slightly sexual stimulation , why it comes even when i think about some sexual stuff ..is thats normal or what ? im so much worried about it :( *never had sexual intercourse pls help

Hello Hammad,

The colorless sticky fluid mentioned in your post is pre cum (pre ejaculatory fluid), which is mainly composed of Seminal fluid & Cowper's fluid.
It is similar in composition to semen, though there are some chemical differences.
However, studies have also found low levels of sperm in this fluid.

Secretion of this fluid during sexual stimulation is normal & you should not worry about it.
However, colorless sticky fluid coming before & after urination can also be due to infection of the genitourinary tract.
So, if symptoms still persist, it will be better to consult an Urologist for further management.
