Stiff Fingers, Locking While Sleeping, Bulging Disc. Having Osteoarthritis. Reason For Slipping Fingers Out Of Joint?
My fingers stiffen and lock while I am sleeping. My pinkies slip out of their joints, making it so painful I wake up several times a night and have to flex them to put them right. Two Rheumatologists have examined me. They confirmed osteoarthritis (DJD), ruled out trigger finger and RA (my ra factor was positive but only slightly elevated). I have bulging discs in my back, neck, back, and joint pain. I am working on living with the arthritis but nobody can tell me why my fingers are slipping out of joint.
Hi, it appears to be the contraction of the muscles, to their maximum, due to defeciency of the calcium, condition is called tetany. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe diclophenac potassium, and calcium suppliments, if it is severe give intra venous calcium . Thank you.
