I ate four cups of so of undercooked lentils last week and I'm still constipated. I've been taking acaia laxative, drinking warm water, mint tea. I eaten fruit cocktail with fresh strawberries, apples, and bananas. I've had some hard lumps of stool pass through, but I 's still sore and feel overdosed on fiber. What should I eat , drink, etc.. I do light exercises which help me a little. What's your advise?
