Stinging Urination. Blood In Urine. No Discharge

Hello, I recently started to feel a little sting when I started to urinate so I went to the doctors and they found a small trace of blood (not visible to the naked eye). During this time I had sexual activity w/my girlfriend and my semen was on her stomach which seems to have caused redness and itching in that area. Is that related to my issue and what could it be? My symptoms are: slight sting when I Urinate, no discharge , small trace of blood in urine slight increase in urination , and apparently my semen caused a skin irritation to my girlfriend. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Ivaldez,
Thanks for writing your query.

It seems that you are having Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
You should get your urine examined for Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Senstivity.
Drink lots of water.
Medicines can be added according to the reports of your investigations.

If the problem persists, get an Ultra Sound of your abdomen done with emphasis on KUB region.
