Stomach Ache, Belching, Diarrhea. What Is Causing These?

Hi, I ve been having a problem with my stomach . It started very early in the morning i want to say 1:00 am. I woke up with heavy drooling and stomach aches along with belching it kept on happening until i got up and slept on the couch sitting up. It still hurts now that I m standing up and sitting down. I also been having diarrhea I don t know what the problem is.

Diarrhea and stomach pain could be related to :

- intestinal infection
- food poisoning
- possible gastritis or GERD

Get checked with your GI as soon as possible.
