Stomach Ache Only In The Mornings. Peptic Ulcer? Low Blood Sugar?

Hi I have a daughter who wakes up in the morning with pain in her stomach . it will eventually go away during the day but she gets anxious that it will happen again the next morning. It gets worse when we travel. Could be due to worrying about it happening while around friends. Have looked on line and think it might be a peptic ulcer or low blood sugar . What do you think?

hello,
thank you for using health care magic,
well low blood sugar level does not present like this..
mostly it can b duedenal ulcer.. during night there is long fasting period so acid gets accumulated in stomach which comes to duedenum so pain in night or early morning highly suggest ulcer.. however there can be other cause like constipation , heart burn, stress etc so better consult near by physician for complete check up and diagnosis..

The possibility of peptic ulcer pain cannot be ruled out.As anxiety aggravates it.
The other possibility is of having gas collection due to undigested food also causes this type of pain.
As it happens while she wakes up the possibility of constipation should be kept in mind.
