Stomach Ache, Vomitting. Kept Down Solids And Liquids. Problem Persists.

Hi my name is Gwendolyn. My 10 year old son woke up yesterday morning with a tummy ache. I sent him to school and they called me to come get him at 11 am for vomiting. He vomited off and on till he went to bed last night. He has kept down solids and liquids until he went to bed 2 hours ago. He vomited a little and is complaining that his tummy has ached the whole time.
