Stomach Cramps, Burning Sensation During Urination. Taking Light Medication. Any Ideas?

stomach cramps... burning when peeing... thought to be food poisoning 2 weeks ago. went to urgent care. No infection. taking hydroco/apap 5-325 for pain when necessary. Take milk of magnesium when necessary. Starts early in the morning when I put on my jeans after breakfast.. Not always but on occassions. Dr thought I may have kidney stones.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. forum.
Stomach cramp may be due to hyper acidity.
Burning sensation during urination may be due to,

Urinary tract infection,
renal calculus ( stone) ,
dehydration ( water shortage),
fever ( even of mild degree)

Sometimes burning urination is not a good thing.
Consult a physician and get in blood examination for C B C , ESR, urea, creatinine level.
Also ultrasound of urinary system is also necessary.
