After delivery c section or normal ...abdominal and pelvic muscles loses its tone and it is very important to maintain the same after delivery, for abdominal strength, to maintain stability of spine for prevention of back ache,good tone in abdominals for future baby, to avoid
incontinence and have good sexual feel.
Now its not too late ..and time for you to workout on ur health.
Please start with the post natal exercises, consider an evaluation with physiotherapist.

Minor crunches for abdominal
Kegels exercise
Aerobics like swimming walking bicycling atleast 4 times a week.
During initial days breast feeding helps to reduce fat.
Try to follow balqnced diet that includes lot of calcium, iron,
proteins which
Mean add more vegetables, greens , fruits, milk, curd if you r not feeding you can go for skimmed products.
Adding fresh salads, green tea, avoiding fries helps to burn out fat.
