Stomach Flu, Vomiting, Difficulty In Breathing And Feeling Of Pressure In Middle Of Throat. What Could This Be?

I had a very bad stomach flu and threw everything up that I possibly could. Now after throwing up, I feel like it's hard to breathe and have a lot of pressure on my chest. When I inhale particularly it's hard to breathe, I feel pressure from the middle of my throat down to my chest, and my stomach is still slightly achy. How do i relieve this feeling of not being able to breathe properly... I'd like to go back to working out but feel it would be impossible right now.

hi
Thank you for your query
At this situation I would suggest to use
antacids,
tasectan and if is not enough you can start to use omeprazole. It seems like GERD ( gastroesofageal reflux disease).
Another suggestion is to rule out your heart problems.
wishing you health
