Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Stomach getting hard on eating, burning sensation and acidity and all may be the side effects of medications you are taking for somatization disorder or you may be suffering from acid reflux disease and acid peptic disease. So discuss regarding this with your treating doctor to either change this medicine if feasible or may take:
1.Proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole( which is more effective than aciloc) along with some prokinetic agent like itopride
2. Take mild antispasmodic like mebeverine

Few more tips to prevent this:
1.Avoid fatty meals
2. Don't lie down soon after meals for at least half hour
3.Take small and frequent meals, instead of full meals at a time
4. wear loose clothes
5. If you are overweight or obese do weight reduction with dieting and exercise

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
