Hi Amit, welcome to HCM.

Its glad that you are concerned about your health. Dyspepsia is a condition where there is abdormal digestive function. The symptoms include pain in the stomach, vomiting, flatulence, bad mouth odour etc. The causes can be due to consumption of wrong combination of foods, overeating, not chewing food enough etc which results in producing an acidic effect in the digestive system. Avoid fatty foods and spicy foods. Also, check if foods like cabbage, radish, onions, cucumber have any negative effect as some people cannot accept these foods. Also, your body might need a detox for which you might have to go on a all fruit diet for 3 days or so. Once the body is detoxified, your digestive system will get back in track. Include a lot of water along with fruits alone for 3 days. you can consume boiled vegetables as well. Add ginger to your foods if possible as it aids in good digestion. Also, try having this fruit diet for 3-4 days every month, which is similar to servicing a vehicle. Your body sometimes needs servicing too.

Good luck!!!
