Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Cramping, Nausea, Bleeding, Migraine. Breastfeeding Presently

Hi I m 12 weeks post patrum. This is my second period I breast feed the first month. Last night I woke up with bad burning stomach pains in middle upper adominal. This pain contuined for an hour wouldn t stop with heating pad or tyonel. This morning had awful diaherrea and light cramping and nausea all day nd Heavy bleeding. Now I have a migrane

Appreciate your concern, but nothing to worry. This is stress induced gastritis caused by lack of sleep and adequate and untimely diet. Take a ppi + domperidone and have some rest. Ensure adequate hydration, since you are breast feeding, too.
