Stomach Pain In 4 Year Child

my 4 year old has stomach pain for 5 days . when thepain starts he curl up on te bed and moves all the time. he also vomits sometimes. he refuses to eat everything. i am giving him pedialite. he does not have any diarrhea or fever.he is becoming very weak and pale. what should i do?

Is he passing motions normally? Because that is very important symptom to look upon it seems. Also loss of appetite means there shall be some problem with the intestinal movements. Get his abdomen checked once.
