Hi,
Since all the investigations ae normal and you have already consulted so many Gastroenterologists
IBS - C that is
constipation looks to be the case.
Hard stools which need manual removal and are sticky needs a proper saline-soap
enema till all the fecoliths are passed and then the stool softeners and laxative may help.
The stickiness can be due to the colon's excessive reaction to the hard stools, trying to provide natural lubrication or can be due to
amoebiasis.
I would advise you a few more things in addition to the opinion of your Gastroenterologists:
Get the stool tests done for three consecutive days.
Identify the factors, foods, beverages that instigate or enhance your problems and stop these altogether.
Have change of job, home, go on vacation and see if these things suit you the best.
Having normal life is the most important part and one can give up many a things that cause you the trouble.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
