Stomach Pains With Dizziness, Cold Sweats, Bile Vomiting Followed By Green One. What Could The Cause Be?
I ve been up since 12am with pains in my stomach . At about 2am I finally got out of bed, was dizzy and was experiencing cold sweats. I vomited my dinner and proceeded to vomit bile . I still had pain, jumped in the shower and went to bed. Just got up and was still dizzy, this time my vomit was green and I still have the pains and cold sweats

You have not mentioned what you had in dinner. It might be a possibility that there is some food poisoning due to some infected food or water.
My advice will be to go to the emergency department and get yourself examined and start medication immediately.
