Stomach Seems Cold To Touch, Have Frequent Bouts Of Gas In Stomach. Cause?

my stomach has been cold to the touch for days now, while it has never been an issue with previous episodes, i do have, about once a month, a problem with gasiness in my stomach that will almost painful with buildup of gas. can layer up on clothes and stomach is still very cold, and feels like i have scratched it so much it hurts
